The date is Febr 22-09, and this is the first of my blogs since my website has been updated. For your information, although I have spend considerable time on my websites (Project2000 & Existence), I am not a computer expert. For the construction and maintenance of my sites I depend on knowledgeable people who help me out in the area of technology. Having read this you would be right in assuming that the contents are mine. When I say "mine", I mean that I work closely together with my associated techies, feed them ideas and information and oversee the emerging product. I hope that the final product, as you encounter it here, is sufficiently appealing for you to stick around and give me some feedback. Thank you in advance.
Concerning the contents, that will have to wait a bit as that is a longish story which is under construction. In the meantime, you are invited to read the material that is available on the site: "Project2000" which can be found on the frontpage. It tells the story of the run-up to the 75th anniversary of the United Church of Canada in the year 2000 AD.
The material you find there is capped by the statement the Project2000 is an ongoing project. That extended material can be found on the site of "Existence", also on the frontpage.
I am busy writing this story. That takes much time, and since there are other demands on my available time, I am not really in the position to engage in a dialogue with my readers much as I regret that.
So, for now this will have to do. Please stick around and roam over the material available. Send in your comments by way of your blogs. They will be read and, eventualy responded to.
To the reader, greetings!
